Well, that is a weird experience.

I mean, I know that when you get absorbed in fandom, certain things can make you geek. But it's kind of a heavy accusation.

Still.

Am I just crazy, or does that seem really familiar?

Familiar like an instrumentalist might have had something stuck in his head?

I mean, at this level, it just has to be.

The song is "All the World" by Fauxliage. Apparently it's on a Moonlight OST, which is a show about vampires on CBS, or whatever, hell if I watch tv. I like the song, but...

Well.

Okay, I'll make a blog post tonight. No, really.

• Birthday coming up soon: I have an Amazon wish-list now. Good for family members who don't know what to get me. It's only got three items, it's fairly a last-resort thing.


• The Omega Point article on wiki mentions Dirge of Cerberus. Crappy game, but this amuses me. Tipler's Omega Point Theory article, however, does not. Both articles are about the same thing, so they should be merged. I thought this was dumb.


• Had trouble signing someone's Freewebs guestbook yesterday. Since it kind of involved networking, in a fit of annoyance I joined the site so I could log in, hoping that would make a difference. So now I have a Freewebs account, and a page. Huh. I think I'll make a Hellmasker shrine if I have the time one day.

I should probably make a site update post concerning things I added a couple weeks ago. I thought I'd add more and then put off the post until then, but I've since gotten behind. I am still writing. Many things. Too many.

• I bought a book. Organization for the Creative Mind — in retrospect, I probably could have found these tips online for free. The book is tailored for right-brain dominants, and... I don't know, something about sitting and reading a real book that's supposed to help me and calm me down—well, it calms me down. Plus there's a section that's supposed to help Joe figure out how to deal with me.



• I might have to buy the new Birthday Massacre album. Like PAY. For MUSIC. That's how much I like it. You can preview the entire thing here, but it won't be up forever. I think I'm going to try and snag a street-team member, or wait and see if any of the songs I like are available for download later, but the truth is I actually like the whole thing. That's rare for me, with any album. Some of the breaks and intros—not the overall tone of the album—kind of remind me of Orgy's debut album? Ha... especially songs like Goodnight and Red Stars. Those, plus Science are my favorites. Red Stars is so a Grim/Lu-Vincent-replacement song. But I really don't need to be adding MORE to my list.



• I baked fifteen HUGE peanut-butter cookies today. I had dough left over, but not enough to bother with another batch. I could have started a friendship cookie chain, but instead I snacked on it. My stomach regrets this.
